Shaila is a global executive with deep expertise in multiple disciplines (financial control, treasury, business development, M&A), industries (education management, industrials, defense), and geographies (North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific). Shaila has led both large and small organizations (up to 300 people), with P&L/Budget responsibilities of up to US$2B.

Shaila has an MBA from Northwestern University and MS and BS degrees from North Carolina State University.
