Eric works with senior management and investors to bring leadership and operational discipline to organizations across many industries and at various business stages.

Eric’s recent experience includes COO of a publicly-held uranium mining company, CFO of an early stage security software development company, and CEO of the US-based subsidiary of a multi-million dollar snack food brand. Eric recently led the effort to establish a business presence in Asia for a US-based mobile device startup.

Eric spent 10 years as a senior executive with Visa International – holding various roles including President of Visa Human Resource Services (a Visa subsidiary); Senior Vice President and Global Head, Internal Audit; and Senior Vice President responsible for Asia Pacific’s information security, controls & compliance, ethics program and IT project management. Prior leadership roles include Founder of Ontrack Management Consulting and Senior Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick, Silicon Valley office.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Francisco State University.
