Stephen has over 30 years of extensive experience executive management, corporate governance, risk management, control design and development. Stephen is currently serving as President, USA Uranium Corporation.

Previously, Stephen was the Practice Leader of the Greater Bay Area Business Advisory Services (BAS) with Grant Thornton, which covers services related to Sarbanes-Oxley, internal audit, enterprise risk management, technology risk management and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Stephen was the CEO at Vigilant Privacy Corporation where he led the company’s product transformation from a desktop offering to an enterprise solution. He also served as a Partner and regional practice director with Deloitte and Touche’s Controls Technology Development & Implementation and the Enterprise Risk Services Practices. Stephen also served as founding partner with KPMG’s Strategic Services & Enabling Technology and the Information Risk Management Practices. Prior to joining KPMG Stephen was an application and systems programmer and developed the IT audit function at two national organizations.

Stephen currently instructs a graduate class in IT Audit and Controls at San Francisco State University.
